Customization Process: 1. Contact customer service with your requirements; 2. Professional design and quick design; 3. Quote and evaluation based on your requirements; 4. Confirm your requirements, take a photo, and pay; 5. Proofing, confirmation, and production scheduling.

Note 1: Single-color orders of 500 pieces are available. Single-color refers to a single color (red, black, or any other color). Printing is permitted on the front and back of the bag (bottom and sides are not permitted).

For custom sizes, contact customer service for a quote with a minimum order of 1,000 pieces. Shipment takes approximately 3-5 days after finalization.

About Handle Bags:
Due to different production batches, handle styles and colors may vary. Please place orders with caution if you have high requirements for handles. About Design:
Buyers can provide source files in formats such as PSD/CDR/AI/PDF, along with the required text information and design requirements to our online customer service. For custom products, direct orders cannot be produced. Production can only be arranged after verification of the draft. If any modifications are required, please contact customer service promptly. Orders are printed within one day and no modifications will be made.
About Lead Time:
Custom products require more processes and a longer lead time. The normal lead time is 7-10 days, with a total lead time of 3-5 days. Please refrain from excessive ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
About After-Sales:
Since the printed content is customized by the buyer and cannot be resold, custom products will be produced after both parties have confirmed the artwork. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after finalization for issues other than printing. Note: Spot printing is hand-screen-printed, so minor imperfections are unavoidable.
About Color Difference:
Product photos are taken by professional photographers and corrected in post-production to ensure consistency with the actual product. However, due to lighting, monitor color variations, and individual color perception, some actual products may differ from the photos. Please purchase with caution if this is unacceptable. The final color will be subject to the actual product. Thank you for your understanding!
About Size:
Due to manual measurement, there may be a discrepancy of approximately 0.5-1cm. Please be aware of this.
About Delivery:
To ensure you receive your item in perfect condition, please carefully inspect the packaging upon signing for delivery. If you discover any shortages or out-of-stock items during inspection, please contact us immediately.
