Returns: Custom products incur costs from the design stage, so returns are not accepted unless there are quality issues.
Color variability: Due to varying monitor resolutions, shooting lighting, and environmental conditions, approximately 10% color variation in the actual printed color is normal. Color variability also occurs between different batches and versions, so it’s unlikely that two prints will produce identical colors. Whether the product is laminated or not also affects the actual color, so slight color variation is normal. Regarding delivery times: Custom products may require different materials, workmanship, and other factors, resulting in different delivery times.
